It effectively cleans without using harmful caustic chemicals or soaps that can damage quality straw hats. Directions: Always check for colorfastness in a hidden area before using. Shake bottle well before using. Remove surface dirt with a soft brush. Pour a small amount of NuStraw on a soft moist sponge. Rub the spot in a circular motion from the center out. Wipe the area clean with a clean damp cloth. Follow up with an application of Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent. Pre-treat all new hats with Gard-More to prevent stains and water damage.
